AR Universal Reviews

Free delivery on every order, with no minimum spend listed.

UK and US shipping is offered, which broadens availability.

14-day returns are advertised in the FAQs and refund policy.

The store presents itself as a UK-based boutique focused on lingerie, wigs, and ladies’ fashion.

Trustpilot reviews include comments about good quality, good prices, and timely shipping.

The public review sample is very small on Trustpilot, with only 4 people shown as having reviewed the store, so overall confidence is limited.

Reviews are mixed, including one complaint that a perfume gift was fake.

Shipping times are listed as 3–7 business days after processing, but the policy also notes that delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, demand, or customs.

The website’s legal notice says product and pricing information may be changed without notice, which reduces certainty for shoppers.

Because there are only a few public reviews, there is not enough evidence to confirm consistent product quality or service reliability.
